The German National Library of Science and Technology (TIB) - Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology and University Library is a foundation under public law of the State of Lower Saxony. In 2016, it took over the operation of the German National Library of Science and Technology as well as the architecture, chemistry, computer science, mathematics and physics and the university library for Leibniz Universität Hannover. The TIB's goal is to enable innovative, efficient and seamless access to data, information and knowledge and to make large information spaces accessible in a structured and appropriate manner.
