Production

Our own development department and production at the Birkenfeld site enable us to react quickly to tight deadlines and individual tasks of our customers. Speed and quality are only possible with this comprehensive in-house production depth:

Sheet metal processing
of aluminium, stainless steel and steel sheets. Shearing, edging, round bending, CNC milling, welding, drilling, sandblasting, engraving, painting, coating, gilding.

Aluminium - profile processing
Sawing, CNC milling, drilling, welding, anodizing, painting, powder coating.

Welded constructions
made of steel, galvanized up to a height of 6 meters, made of aluminium and stainless steel.

Plastic processing
mainly as sheet material made of acrylic, partly of polycarbonate and PVC. Sawing, CNC milling, gluing, thermal shaping, 3D contours.

Paint shop
With our own color mixing system in over 3000 recipes for individual color design in all RAL colors and in Pantone colors. Furthermore according to the NCS color system and as anti-graffiti protection coating.

Lettering
in large-area digital print on foils or as UV print directly on solid materials, as well as in screen printing and with adhesive foils. Engraved and raised tactile writing for the visually impaired, Braille and relief letters. Facade lettering made of stainless steel, aluminium and plexiglass, illuminated letters and banners, individual light boxes with decoupled lettering. Specialities in anodized printing.

Integration
of electronic displays, screens and computers as media elements. Furthermore mailbox systems and brochure holders. Processing of glass plates for glass signs from glass door plates to large glass steles.
